The United States District Court for the District of Alaska announced on Apr. 16 a request for quotations (RFQ FY26-0002) for a multifunction copier, with submissions due by May 31 at 4:00 p.m. Alaska Standard Time.

The court is seeking competitive pricing from vendors to procure a Canon ImageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5860iG or an equivalent device, as part of its effort to upgrade office equipment and maintain operational efficiency.

According to the solicitation, vendors must provide fixed price quotes that include inside delivery and installation at the James M. Fitzgerald Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Anchorage. The procurement will be awarded based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer, with payment terms set as Net 30 unless more favorable terms are offered by bidders.

Product requirements specify that devices must print at least 60 pages per minute, default to black-and-white printing with color options available, include three paper trays supporting various sizes, integrate seamlessly with Uniflow software functions, feature PIV-I NFC reader capabilities for secure user login via NFC and PIN code on the touch screen, and support secure printing features such as “send to Myself” and “Home Folder Scanning.” Devices should not have a Wi-Fi card installed. Vendors offering equivalent products must demonstrate integration with Uniflow prior to award approval.

Additional options may be quoted separately including smart card readers, extra feeding units, finishing accessories like booklet finishers and hole punchers, fax expansion kits, surge protectors, toner cartridges in all standard colors, as well as labor costs for installation and hands-on training sessions lasting two hours.

Quotes can be submitted electronically or delivered in person by the deadline specified above. The anticipated delivery window is within fifteen days after receipt of order at the courthouse address provided in Anchorage.
