As part of our maintenance crew, you’ll perform various tasks associated with the year-round maintenance of state highways and airports. Work includes operating and servicing heavy and light-duty equipment, maintenance of all vegetation, signs, barricades, fences, bridges, culverts, drainage structures, bike paths and road surfaces within the State Right-Of-Way.
We’re hiring for 3 positions: 2 Equipment Operators, Journey flex 1/2/3 and Equipment Operator, Journey/Lead 3. No CDL? No problem! You’d have six months to obtain one if hired into the Equipment Operator, Journey 1 position. Financial assistance may be available for CDL acquisition. All our Equipment Operators receive on-the-job training and flexible staffed positions provide direct advancement opportunity upon successful completion of training program.
