By November a total of 17 States experienced job loss from October and the rest saw a decline in job growth, according to research by the University of New Hampshire.

In December alone, the country lost 140,000 jobs and was down almost 10 million jobs since February.

Between October and November, the state grew its workforce by 1,500 jobs and had regained 0.5 percent of the labor force it had in February.
