Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities issued the following announcement on March 4.

AMHS is still receiving an overwhelming number of phone calls. If you are unable to reach our Reservations Call Center at 1-800-642-0066 to make reservations, the following terminals are staffed and available to take phone calls as noted. Reservations can also be made online at www.Ferryalaska.com.
